Mukhtaran Rafiq Foundation (Regd) is an independent, non-governmental, non-political and non-profitable, voluntary social welfare entity registered under Societies Registration Act, XXI OF 1860.
The aim of Mukhtaran Rafique Foundation is to help the people of Pakistan to raise their quality of life and make efforts to provide quality education, best health services etc. at their doorsteps besides educating them and making them aware of their basic rights as human beings and citizens of independent state.
